Voortman was built to fulfill all your structural steel or plate fabrication needs. Voortman offers the following advanced features to help you refine your production.

Voortman’ Roller Feed Measurement system exceeds the industry standard for roller measurement technology. Maintaining accurate measurements without any hesitation in production is crucial. Accuracy is not compromised even despite deviations in material.

The Voortman comes supplied with a 12-month parts & labor on-site warranty. Factory service technicians will make sure your Voortman Beam Coping Machine is up and running in no time.

This plasma drilling device has been created to include as many fabrication functions in one machine. The PCR41 allows for the production of finished parts at minimum manufacturing cost. This machine automates all standard cutting operations, and can also handle structural steel.

The ABCM-1250 CNC beam coping tool can help you achieve miter and straight cuts at new heights. Combine the ABCM-1250 with Voortman's automatic cutting systems to create separate beams and place them in-line in record time.

Dragon's front positioning gate and the chuck are easily adjustable, making it easy for you to load and arrange different shapes and sizes of materials.

Structural metal is used in almost all types of structures, including buildings and bridges. Of course, the designs of these structures may vary widely. Steel beams should be made to exacting specifications in order for them to match the blueprints. Steel beams have to be cut to size or thickness frequently.

We prefer that the machine be installed indoors but we have many Voortman beam-coper installations outside. Weather protection must be provided for the control panel as well as the machine. We are happy to show you photos from any of our outdoor installations.

Are steel beams stronger than wood beams

METEOR-1200 can reduce the time it takes to drill or on-site assembly. METEOR-1200 can drill beams, angles and flat sheets of any geometry. The state-of-art control system allows you to mill slots, pockets, and any other geometry.

The Voortman beam copier machine is very simple and has few moving parts. This makes maintenance very affordable. Voortman's components are sourced from the major manufacturers. Voortman stocks all parts for next day delivery in America. We offer local support in many of our overseas countries.

Voortman CNC Beam Coper can be operated easily and is used mainly by men who are responsible for floor layout. It is not necessary to have any computer knowledge. Full training is given at the time the installation is completed.

Voortman developed Raptor 3DCAD/CAM Software, which takes CNC innovation to the next level by allowing users to program more quickly and accurately. The 3D platform allows you to inspect, modify, and export part information. This, combined with Voortman CNC technology, means maximum fabricator capacity.

The ABCM-1250 CNC beam cutter machine has a triple torch design, which allows for simultaneous cutting of two of your flanges. Flange thins are performed simultaneously on the top and bottom sides of both flanges. Additionally, weld prep can be generated concurrently, which helps to reduce operating costs. The ABCM-1250 oxygen-fuel coper eliminates the need to torch probe, allowing for faster near-flange cutting.

It is obviously preferable to import files directly from your steel detailing software because it eliminates an unnecessary step and also eliminates possible incorrect data capture. There are two separate and distinct camps in this respect:

Frequently Asked Questions

Miters do all the cutting. The hardest part of mitering is measuring accurately and cutting the molding to the right length. Handsaws are perfect for precise cuts and special techniques.

The correct answer is "B." 0.2 mm.

1- T beams have a greater second moment inertia than ordinary beams. This means they are more resistant to bending.

Douglas fir is perhaps the strongest of all wood beams. Although there may be a stronger wood, I don't know of any. Lumber mills today make beams in the same way as plywood. To make extremely strong structural engineered timbers, they use layers of solid wood that have been glued together.

Cladding is usually made up of thin slabs of about 3cm thickness with a front finish and placed on the walls. Copings come in different thicknesses and are located at the top of walls.
